These are the Terms and Conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from hookahs.co.uk via this web site and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our ONLINE SHOP, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order with.
We accept credit card payments, which includes Visa, Debit and Mastercards. These are handled securely through our third party clearing bank using (SSL) 128 bit encryption known as 'WorldPay'.
IMPORTANT: Credit Card statements will show 'Hookahs.co.uk.' for any
transactions made on this web site.
Delivery Schedule - You will normally receive your order within 2 business days AFTER your order is despatched using Royal Mail/Parcel Force (Courier) or via Special Delivery (applies to MON - FRI ONLY). An 'Order Number' is allocated to each order. A reference number will be allocated once your order is despatched which can be tracked on Parcel Force website or via the Tracking option with Royal Mail, this will help keep track of where goods are sent should any problems occur.
If you place your order after 3pm, the next day will be considered the first working day. You will know whether we have despatched your item by courier from the (second) e-mail we send to you confirming despatch.
Due to high demand and large number of orders, order processing CAN be delayed, however, we will keep you informed at all times and a NOTICE will be displayed on our web site.
UK Delivery Charges - Delivery charges are based on purchase amount as follows:
Orders upto £5 (delivery charge of £2.99 will be applied): Shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Orders between £5 - £15 (delivery charge of £4.99 will be applied): Shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Orders between £15 - £25 (delivery charge of £6.99 will be applied): Shipped using Special Delivery with Guaranteed delivery within 48 hours AFTER order has been despatched. Orders over £25 (delivery charge of £9.99 will be applied): Shipped using Parcel Force (Courier) with Guaranteed delivery within 48 hours AFTER order has been despatched.
These charges applies to UK mainland address only and your delivery amount will be calculated AUTOMATICALLY in the checkout process. Please note that there is NO such thing as FREE delivery, websites that offer a FREE delivery service built the cost into their products. Our Guaranteed 48 hour delivery charges is the lowest offered because the average weight per carton box weighs between 2 - 6kg. Please note that we only despatch goods Mon - Fri ONLY.
Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order, if you would rather not wait.
Returns -
Hookahs.co.uk is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your goods within 7 days we do operate a money back guarantee, subject to the following guidelines:
You notifying us in writing within 3 days of receiving the goods by email to customer.services@hookahs.co.uk quoting your order number e.g. HKS-100
The producs have NOT been used or tampered with in anyway
You deliver the products to us after we have provided you with the return address after your initial communication to us at the above email address, and the goods returned to us at your expense; with shipping costs and any packaging costs is NON-refundable
Returned products must be returned in the same condition that they were despatched to you and must be unused and contain the original packaging and must NOT have any contents missing
Where the product you have ordered is defective then, subject to us being satisfied that such defect exists and has not been caused by incorrect use, storage or handling, we will credit you in full
When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. This means you are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We strongly recommend that you send the parcel using an insured delivery service. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by Hookahs.co.uk, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.
We do not accept liability for parcels damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.
Descriptions - To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions on the site are accurate and up-to-date, but we are continually working to improve our products and so specifications or design changes may be made from time to time which have not been reflected on the site. We include images of products on our site for illustration purposes only to help you with your selection. However, slight variations, for example, in glass base design and pipe design, should be expected. We will send you 2 x tobacco bowls for your convenience just in case if 1 is damaged. Your chosen base colour will be sent to you. Due to the nature of each hookah being unique the hose pipe colour may NOT reflect the same colour as the image on our website so slight variations in design and colour should be expected.
Emails - All emails to you will be forwarded to the address you specify to us. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address otherwise we will be unable to accept your order. You must also ensure that if this address changes between submitting your order and delivery of the products by us to you, you advise us of the new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement where such failure is attributable to a change of address.
General - We will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we choose not to enforce a right under our agreement, that decision will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same right on a later occasion. Our agreement will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved non-exclusively by English Courts.
Credit Card Security - We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping cart system over the Internet. All online transactions are secured. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are NOT held in clear text on any web site. Any fraudulent payments and transactions are reported to the police and appropriate action taken.
Order Acceptance - Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order by notifying us in writing. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: * The product you ordered being unavailable from stock * Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment * The identification of a pricing or product description error * Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in our main Terms and Conditions * We believe that your order with us is in a nature of FRAUD or a CAUTION/WARNING has been identified by our payment systems.
